"The Old Man Has Snoring"

Hee hee , I remember my parents singing this song to us and we loved it!

"It's raining , it's pouring, the old man is snoring. 

He went to bed, and bumped his head, and couldn't get up in the morning"

Lawrence sings it as "the old man has snoring" :)  .... while teaching I came across the book and it had silly little song rhymes that followed..for when it snows and is windy... super cute and the boys love it!

During July and August we have what is dramatically called "Monsoon Season" here in the desert. It is basically, the only time we get steady rain fall the entire year. The boys love all the "action" which is why we've focused a lot on learning about the weather this month. 

We definitely can't complain about the sunshine that adorns us 90% of the year, but it is always so nice to have rain!!
