Brotherly Love!

My boys are my entire life! All three of them! I watch them and try as hard as I can to take in every single moment. Sometimes I feel so overwhelmed with love and almost disbelief that they are all mine. I am so very blessed.

A very frequent question that both strangers and close family and friends ask is " Did you plan on having them so close together?" and to be honest the answer (in my head) varies depending on my mood, the tone in the persons voice while asking, or behavior/mood the boys are in at the time.

The truth and the answer that I always give is "YES! it's a lot of work, but we love it!" This is the absolute truth, but the fact of the matter is that its really no ones business how you plan or don't plan the spacing of your children. I truly believe that God decides when these little miracles come, whether we think we're in control of it or not. I've either known or heard stories of people who try and try and never are able to conceive...others who try not to and end up pregnant anyways etc etc.. whatever their story, it's just that, their story!

Now, despite how I might want to respond, I would most likely not be rude back because most people, I believe, are not trying to be rude, they're usually just curious or just making conversation based on the observation of my sometimes very chaotic moments. I am also aware that it's not so common these days to have more then a couple kids, let alone less than two years apart. That's fine too. But, this is our life, our choices, and we would absolutely not have it any other way!!

Here are a few examples why....  ;)

These two have the most incredible bond. They love and respect each other. They look out for each other and depend on one another. I am very familiar with this sibling relationship and am so tickled to see it growing stronger and stronger each day.

So, no matter how difficult meeting both their needs might be at times, it is nothing compared to this beautiful love between these brothers!!!
