Toddler Tuesdays!

We made shakers and bats!
They helped make their own mini-pizzas
Another successful day of "Mommy School!" I just love it so much. So do the babes! Today we finally got to have school with our good friend Gianna! We just had the two of them so it was more of a relaxed morning, but still full of fun. We started the day by playing some letter matching games and the barn. We also played "Ring Around the Pumpkin" Art was bats and sensory/science was shakers! I am so so terrible at remembering to take pictures. But, I did get a couple "after-shots."

When you shake it, the veg oil makes really cool bubble blobs!

The "shakers" helped to reinforce yellow and red make orange. They are filled with water, food coloring, veg oil, and Halloween glitter. The littles chose what shapes for eyes, and nose and then told me if they wanted a scary pumpkin or a happy one. This one is scary! The BATS were to help introduce scissor skills. Then, G & L cut squares from paper strips and glued them on the bats. Then, as you can see.. they added googly eyes!
